Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Refund Policy: We offer a full refund on undamaged, open items within 2 days of purchase, excluding the shipping cost on the original purchase. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected to confirm it is undamaged.

Exchange Policy: We offer a full exchange on any damaged items within 2 days of purchase, including the shipping cost to send a replacement item. A photo of the damaged item and the original shipping box is required to process returns. Exchanges will be shipped only after the photos of the damaged item(s) have been received via email at miniprtracker@gmail.com.  Depending on where you live and available inventory, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
